<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) How is the influence of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of SMAN 2 Aceh Barat Daya teachers, (2) How is the influence of school culture on the performance of SMAN 2 Aceh Barat Daya teachers, (3) How is the influence of academic supervision and school culture on the performance of SMAN 2 Aceh Barat Daya teachers. This type of research is quantitative research using regression analysis and the data is processed using SPSS Version 25. The population of this research is all teachers of SMAN 2 Aceh Barat Daya, totaling 68 people. Based on the results of the analysis, the research results obtained are: (1) There is a significant influence between academic supervision on teacher performance, namely the value of Sig. = 0.001 <0.05 with an effect of 16.9%, (2) There is a significant influence between school culture on teacher performance, namely the value of Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 with an effect of 37.9%, (3) There is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision and school culture on teacher performance, obtained the value of Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 with a large effect of 54.8%.]]>
