Fisioterapi Dada Sebagai Intervensi Keperawatan untuk Mengatasi Sekresi pada Anak

One of the most common nursing problems experienced by children is ineffective airway clearance. An effective intervention to remove secretions adhering to the walls of the bronchi so that the airways become clear and the patient can breathe freely is chest physiotherapy. This study aims to describe chest physiotherapy nursing interventions on the problem of ineffective airway clearance. The method used was a case report approach. The subject of this case report was a pediatric patient who has shortness of breath, cough with additional breath sounds in the form of crackles, with a medical diagnosis of acute respiratory infection. Data collection was done by history taking, physical examination and document study. The instrument used was a standard operating procedure sheet for chest physiotherapy and observation of breath sounds. The results of the case report showed that there was a change in breath sounds after chest physiotherapy intervention was carried out for 15 minutes, for 6 days of treatment.Keywords: chest physiotherapy; child; airway clearance ABSTRAK Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang paling sering dialami oleh anak-anak adalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas. Intervensi yang efektif untuk mengeluarkan sekret yang melekat pada dinding bronkus sehingga saluran nafas menjadi bersih dan pasien dapat bernafas dengan lega adalah fisioterapi dada. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan intervensi keperawatan fisioterapi dada pada masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan laporan kasus. Subjek laporan kasus ini adalah pasien anak yang mengalami sesak, batuk dengan suara nafas tambahan berupa ronkhi, dengan diagnosis medis infeksi saluran pernafasan akut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik dan studi dokumen. Alat yang digunakan adalah lembar prosedur operasional standar untuk fisioterapi dada dan pengamatan suara nafas. Hasil dari laporan kasus menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan suara nafas setelah intervensi fisioterapi dada dilakukan selama 15 menit, selama 6 hari perawatan.Kata kunci: fisioterapi dada; anak; bersihan jalan nafas
