Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.CDE di Cirebon.  Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form .  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kompensasi, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.CDE di Cirebon. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and career development on job satisfaction of PT.CDE employees in Cirebon. the sample of this research is as many as 120 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, motivation and career development on job satisfaction of PT.CDE employees in Cirebon.
