The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social factors, personal, interest, motivation, and the availability of jobs in the accounting department. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting, Raharja University, Tangerang. Sampling was done by distributing questionnaires to students majoring in accounting at Raharja Tangerang University online. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis was using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that social, personal, interest, motivation and availability of employment factors affect the decision of enthusiasts to choose accounting majors at Raharja University.
