<![CDATA[Abstrak Tindak pidana mutilasi merupakan kejahatan terhadap tubuh dalam bentuk pemotongan bagian-bagian tubuh tertentu dari korban. Persoalan terkait tindak pidana mutilasi yaitu penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku berupa hukuman mati. Tulisan ini akan menguraikan penerapan hukuman mati terhadap tindak pidana mutilasi yang ditinjau dari perspektif psikologis, hak asasi manusia, maupun agama.Abstract The criminal act of mutilation is a crime against the body in the form of cutting certain body parts of the victim. One of the issues related to mutilation as a crime is the application of death penalty to the perpetrators.
