<![CDATA[The research is aim to find out the socio-economic condition of brick businessman’s family head in Rajabasa Raya Village. Variable of this research is the number of dependents, level of education the respondent’s children, the amount of income, and fulfillment of basic needs. This research used descriptive method with of 26 peoples. The data collecting technique were observation, structure interview, and documentation. The result showed that (1) 38.46% had 6 people dependents, (2) 67.81% had 53 children to continue their education to intermediate level, (3) 57.70% totaled 15 family head has less income than UMP ( Rp. 2,054,365), (4) 100.00% totaled 26 family head the fulfillment of basic needs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi sosial ekonomi kepala keluarga batu bata di Kelurahan Rajabasa Raya, variabel penelitian yaitu jumlah tanggungan, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah pendapatan, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dan jumlah populasi sebanyak 26. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Sebanyak 38,46% memiliki jumlah tanggungan 6 orang, (2) sebanyak 67,81% berjumlah 59 anak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang Menengah, (3) sebanyak 57,70% berjumlah 15 kepala keluarga pendapatannya kurang dari UMP ( Rp. 2.054.365), (4) sebanyak 100,00% berjumalh 26 kepala keluarga kebutuhan pokoknya terpenuhi.Kata kunci: pemenuhan kebutuhan batu bata, tanggungan, pendapatan]]>
