<![CDATA[Anemia is the severe level of iron deficiency and happens when the hemoglobin consumption is far beyond the determined limit. Anemia is when the level of hemoglobin in the blood is less than 11 gr%. The research is to know the difference of effect of giving Fe tablet and guava juice toward the level of hemoglobin of light and medium anemia on the college students of midwifery of Abdurrahman Palembang 2017. This type of research used the experimental quasy with the purposive sampling. This research was one group pretest post test. The analysis used was the univariate and bivariate analyses with the paired T-Test. The population was the entire college students of 1st and 3rd levels of the Midwifery Academy of Abdurrahman Palembang with the samples of 30 female college students having the medium anemia and being given the Fe tablet and guava juice for 7 days. The result of research showed that the average levels of hemoglobin before intervention was 9,92 gr/% and after the intervention was 11,1 gr/% with the average difference 1,16 gr/%. The p value was 0,000≤0,05. The average level of hemoglobin was that there was relationship between giving Fe tablet and guava juice with the p value = 0,000≤0,05 so that there was signficant increase of average levels of hemoglobin before and after giving Fe tablet and guava juice. Anemia yaitu tingkat kekurangan zat besi yang terjadi bila konsumsi hemoglobin jauh dibawah ambang batas yang ditentukan. Anemia yaitu dengan kadar hemoglobin dalam darahnya kurang dari 11gr%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahuiperbedaan pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe dan jus jambu biji terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin anemia ringan dan sedang pada mahasiswa kebidanan Abdurahman Palembang tahun 2017.Jenis penelitianini menggunakan experimental quasy dengan purposive sampling yang bersifat one group pre test post test. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired T-Test. Populasi adalah adalah seluruh mahasiswi tingkat 1 dan 3 mahasiswa Akbid Abdurahman Palembang dengan sampel 30 mahasiswi yang mengalami anemia ringan dan sedang yang diberikan tablet Fe dan jus jambu biji selama 7 hari.Hasil penelitian menunjukan kadar rata-ratahemoglobin sebelum dilakukan intervensi 9,92 gr/% dan sesudah 11,1 gr/% dengan selisih rata-rata1,16 gr/%. value 0,000≤0,05. Hal ini menunjukan ada perbedaan pengaruh pemberian tablet fe dan jus jambu biji terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin anemia ringan dan sedang pada mahasiswa kebidanan Abdurahman Palembang tahun 2017.]]>
