<![CDATA[The construction project of Toll road is a strategic infrastructure project, because it is a national strategic project so the government has made an Acceleration Program for Accelerating Toll Road construction of approximately 1100 km and the government expectations that the toll road can be used immediately One of the analyze method can be used to analyze the project acceleration is the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). Analysis method which is processed from secondary data which aims to speed up the project completion time and analyze how the time can be shortened by adding a minimum cost toward activities that can be accelerate the time project. The alternative used for this method is the addition of overtime hours. After analyzing the project using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method, the acceleration of project completion was found to be 123 days from the normal 158 days with an efficiency of project time of 19% and also an optimum cost efficiency of 2%.
