Abstract

Self-diagnosis is the concept of self-diagnosing disease from symptoms. Wehavetheideatocreateself-diagnosticmodelsfromdiagnosticdata. Thedatatobeanalyzedwerefromamedium-sizedhospitalinThailand. Themodelisdividedbystructureddataandunstructureddata. Thefirststepistoprocessstructureddatawithclusteralgorithms. Thesecondstepistoevaluatetheunstructureddatatogroupsymptomsintoabipartitegraph. Afterthegraphwascreated,themodelwasdividedinto10levels,accordingtothelevelofsimilarity. Thisresearchaimstoapplytheconceptofdensitygraph,theKappasandmultiplelinegraphtoselectingtheappropriatediagnosismodel. Theresultsofallthreeexperimentsshowedthattheappropriatemodelwasatalevelofsimilarityat40%.Wehavetheideatocreateself-diagnosticmodelsfromdiagnosticdata.
