<![CDATA[The continuous increase in generation and volume of solid waste in cities including Bandung could severely have a negative effect on health of the population and on the environment. This phenomenon is expected to continue as the population of Bandung keeps growing due to urbanization. However, the city government of Bandung formulated regional waste management regulation. while regional cleaning company PDK was tasked and subsidized by the city government to carry out the implementation of waste management regulation of the city. The implementation of the regulation and the management of waste is analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The results of the analysis shows that the regulations are not effectively implemented and the waste management is affected by lack of adequate infrastructure, human resource, public awareness and technology.]]>
