Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri Kewirausahaan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha: Sikap Kewirausahaan sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha dengan Sikap Kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebesar 150 responden yang merupakan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form dan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS-SEM versi 3.3.3. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan Non-Probability Sampling melalui Convenience Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan. Demikian juga Sikap Kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan mampu memediasi hubungan dari Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan. The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the effect of Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention with Entrepreneurial Attitude as a Mediation Variable. The population of this research is 150 respondents of Students on Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara. Data are collected by using Google Form questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS-SEM software version 3.3.3. The sampling method used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling technique with Convenience Sampling. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention, Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Attitude, and Entrepreneurial Attitude as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect and able to mediate the relationship between Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Self.
