<![CDATA[Occupational diseases can occur in various kinds of work, one of which is lunkhead mixer workers. This is because the dodol mixer performs repetitive work activities, stands too long, lifts the lunkhead manually, and so on. An example of a disease that is usually experienced by dodol mixer workers is Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to determine MSDs and the factors that influence it in dodol mixer workers in Langkat Regency. The design of this study was cross-sectional, involving lunkhead mixer workers who were selected using a total sampling technique. The measuring tools used were the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) worksheet and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that there was a relationship between complaints of MSDs and tenure (p = 0.049), there was a relationship between complaints of MSDs and smoking habits (p = 0.034), and there was a relationship between complaints of MSDs and work posture (p = 0.000). It can be concluded that work posture, years of service, and smoking habits can affect the risk of MSDS complaints.Keywords: musculoskeletal disorders; dodol mixer; occupational illness ABSTRAK Penyakit akibat kerja dapat terjadi pada berbagai macam pekerjaan, salah satunya adalah pekerja pengaduk dodol. Hal ini dikarenakan pengaduk dodol melakukan kegiatan kerja yang berulang-ulang, berdiri terlalu lama, mengangkat dodol secara manual, dan lain-lain. Contoh penyakit yang biasanya dialami para pekerja pengaduk dodol adalah Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui MSDs dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada pekerja pengaduk dodol di Kabupaten Langkat. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional, yang melibatkan para pekerja pengaduk dodol yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang dipakai yaitu lembar kerja Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keluhan MSDs dengan masa kerja (p = 0,049), ada hubungan antara keluhan MSDs dengan kebiasaan merokok (p = 0,034), serta ada hubungan antara keluhan MSDs dengan sikap kerja (p = 0,000).
