The research objective to analyze the Compliance of State Administrative Officials to the Decisions of the State Administrative Court. This research is a normative research. The results of the research that permanent decisions, in reality, are not obeyed by state administrative officials. Therefore, to make the decisions of the State Administrative Court more effective, a way is done by involving the superiors of the State Administrative Officials in a hierarchical manner, so that the decisions of the State Administrative Court are obeyed and implemented. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Kepatuhan Pejabat Tata Usaha Negara Terhadap Keputusan Badan Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat normatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa Putusan yang tetap, dalam realitasnya kurang dipatuhi oleh Pejabat tata usaha Negara. Karena itu untuk mengefektifkan Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara ditempuh cara dengan melibatkan atasan Pejabat Tata Usaha Negara secara Khierarki, agar dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara tersebut.
