On this site has a lot of Indonesian food recipes and have fast loading times compared with other web sites so it is suitable to be used as a source of data to be scraping process , so that the process can be faster data retrieval . The problem in this research is bagaimanan build a data collector application of recipes , so finding food recipes faster . The purpose of this research is to develop a data collector applications recipes using web scraping technique. To build this apikasi used method for prototyping and system design using UML , the techniques used for data collectors using the techniques of web scraping , scraping technique was done by using regular expressions , regular expression pattern specified start and end of a main content on the page of the site , and software which is used to build these applications with php curl and CMS Wordpress . The ability of web scraping application is a system in the form of a function using a web -based application used to perform the process of web scraping , Using Wordpress as a CMS content management , implemented as a plugin in wordpress , legal issues and IPR become a major problem on the site using web scraping technique is .
