The purpose of this research is to improve teacher performance through collaborative and routine lesson study techniques at SD GPIBK Paisubatu in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This type is School Action Research (PTS), which is designed in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were fifth grade teachers and sixth grade teachers of SD GPIBK Paisubatu in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year which consisted of 6 classroom teachers. The instruments used in this study were lesson plans assessment sheets and learning implementation observation sheets. This research was carried out for three months, starting from January 2021 to March 2021 at SD GPIBK Paisubatu, Buko District, Kepulauan Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. From the discussion of the research results that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher performance through collaborative and routine lesson study techniques at SD GPIBK Paisubatu in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year.
