Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pengenalan diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi, empati, keterampilan sosial, dan perilaku belajar terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Akuntansi Program S1 Undiksha. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah adalah mahasiswa akuntansi tingkat akhir Jurusan Akuntansi Program S1 angkatan 2014 yang berjumlah 276 mahasiswa. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 mahasiswa. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengenalan diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi, empati, keterampilan sosial dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Program S1 Undiksha Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Belajar, Pemahaman Akuntansi This study aimed at determining the variable effect of self-recognition, self-control, motivation, empathy, social skills, and learning behaviors toward the accounting understanding level. The research method employed was quantitative research method with the primary data obtained from the questionnaire data measured through Likert scale. This research was conducted in S1 Accounting Program Department of Undiksha. The population in this study was the final year of accounting student of S1 Accounting Program Department of class 2014 amounting to 276 students. The Sampling method was conducted through purposive sampling method and obtained the number of samples as many as 73 students. The research data were collected through questionnaires which were then calculated through multiple linear regression analysis test with the assistance of SPSS version 17 for windows. The results of this study indicated that self-recognition, self-control, motivation, empathy, social skills and learning behavior had a positive and significant impact on the accounting students understanding level of S1 Accounting Program Department of Undiksha. keyword : Emotional Intelligence, Learning Behavior, Accounting Understanding
