Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan sosial emosional anak melalui penerapan metode bermain peran pada Kelompok B TK Nurul Mubin kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 anak kelompok B semester II TK Nurul Mubin kecamatan Buleleng. Kemudian data penelitian tentang perkembangan sosial emosional anak dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, dengan instrument berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis dekriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan sosial emosional anak kelompok B TK Nurul Mubin kecamatan Buleleng dari penerapan metode bermain peran mencapai 22,3%. Data ini didapat dari perbandingan antara data siklus I dan data siklus II, dimana nilai rata-rata skor persentase pada siklus I sebesar 61,35% yang termasuk kriteria rendah dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu 83,65% yang termasuk kriteria tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan sosial emosional anak pada kelompok B semester II TK Nurul Mubin kecamatan Buleleng.Kata Kunci : Metode bermain peran, Perkembangan Sosial Emosional, Interaksi Sosial. This research was aimed to know the improvement of social emotional development through the using of roleplay on the children of group B of TK Nurul Mubin Kecamatan Buleleng. It was on action based research that was held in two cycles. The research’s subject was 15 children on group B of the TK Nurul Mubin Kecamatan Buleleng in the second semester. The data were collected by using observation method. The data were analyzed by using statistic descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis result showed the improvement of social emotional development on the children of group B of TK Nurul Mubin Kecamatan Buleleng after using roleplay method in cycles, it was 22,3%. These data were gotten by comparing the data in cycle I and cycle II, which the average score in cycle II was 61,35%, it was in low level. Then, in cycle II, the average score increased to be 83,65%, it was in high level. Moreover, it could be concluded that using roleplay could improve social emotional development on the children of group B in second semester of TK Nurul Mubin Kecamatan Buleleng.keyword : Role play method, Social emosional development, Social Interaction.
