Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuikemampuanbercakap-cakapanak yang dibelajarkandenganmetodeberceritadengan media bonekawayanglebihbaikdaripadakemampuanbercakap-cakap yang dibelajarkandenganmetodekonvensional. Jenispenelitianiniadalaheksperimensemudengandesainpenelitianpost test only control group design. Subjekpenelitianiniadalahseluruhanakkelompok B yang berada di TK WidyaSesanaSangsitTahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Data kemampuanbercakap-cakapanakdiperolehmenggunakanlembarobservasi. Data dianalisismenggunakanUji-t satuekorpadatarafsignifikan 5%. Hasilujihipotesismenunjukkanbahwa lebihdari sehingga ditolak, dengan rata-rata skorkemampuanbercakap-cakapanak yang dibelajarkandengandenganmetodeberceritadengan media bonekawayangsebesar 81,11 lebihdari rata-rata skorkemampuanbercakap-cakapanak yang dibelajarkandenganpembelajarankonvensionalyakni 70,28. Dengandemikiandapatdisimpulkanbahwakemampuanbercakap-cakapanakantarakelompokanak yang dibelajarkanmetodeberceritadengan media bonekawayanglebihbaikdaripadakelompokanak yang menggunakan model pembelajarankonvensional.Kata Kunci : metodebercerita, media bonekawayang, kemampuanbercakap-cakap This study aim at find conversational child ability who teached by telling story method with puppets is better than teached by conventional method. This study is quasi experiment using post test only control group design. Subject study is children in B group at TK WidyaSesanaSangsit2016/2017. The data of children’ conversation ability was obtained by using observation instrument. The Data analyse using one tail sample t-test at significancy level 5%. Hypothetic test result show that more than , so is rejected, with children’s conversation ability mean who teached by telling story method with puppets is better is 81,11higher than teached by conventional method is 70,28. According the result, can be concluded that conversational child ability who teached by telling story method with puppets is better than teached by conventional method.keyword : telling story method, puppets, conversational children ability
