PENGARUH LATIHAN LOMPAT KIJANG TERHADAP KECEPATAN LARI

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan irama lambat terhadap kecepatan lari serta membandingkan pengaruh latihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan irama lambat terhadap kecepatan lari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pulokulon yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Design penelitian yang digunakan adalah The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi ?= 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh latihan lompat kijang irama cepat dapat meningkatan kecepatan lari 1,145 detik dan p= 0,0001, pengaruh latihan lompat kijang irama lambat dapat meningkatan kecepatan lari 0,175 detik dan p= 0,001, dan perbedaan latihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan irama lambat sebesar 0,97 detik dan p= 0,044. Disimpulkan bahwa latihan lompat kijang irama cepat dan irama lambat dapat meningkatkan kecepatan lari dan pengaruh latihan lompat kijang irama cepat lebih baik dari pada latihan lompat kijang irama lambat dalam meningkatkan kecepatan lari.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of deer jumping exercises fast cadence and rhythm of the slow running speed and jumping deer compared the effects of exercise and the fast rhythm of the slow rhythm of running speed. The research method used is an experimental method. The population in this study were all participants of extracurricular soccer Pulokulon Junior High School 2, amounting to 20 people. The sampling technique in this study using total sampling. Design of this study was a non-randomized control group pretest posttest. Data were analyzed with the results of studies on the t-test significance level ? = 0.05. The results showed the influence of deer jumping exercises can increase the speed of the fast rhythm ran 1.145 seconds and p = 0.0001, the effects of exercise can slow down the rhythm of the deer ran 0.175 seconds increasing speed and p = 0.001, and differences in deer jumping exercises fast rhythm and slow rhythm of 0.97 sec and p = 0.044. It was concluded that the fast rhythm of the deer jumping exercises and slow rhythms can increase the speed of running and jumping exercises influence deer fast rhythm is better than the slow rhythm of the deer jumping exercises to improve running speed.
