Untuk mengetahui hubungan komposisi massa tubuh, kekuatan otot perut dan power otot tungkai terhadap hasil tembakan jump shoot. Metode: 11 atlet bola basket PPLPD Jawa Tengah (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross sectional dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Uji statistik dengan analisis regresi berganda, hubungan yang terjadi ditentukan jika nilai koefisien korelasi 0 Ftabel ; sedangkan hubungan masing-masing prediktor terhadap variabel terikat ditentukan oleh nilai thitung>ttabel. Hasil: Secara simultan sumbangan setiap prediktor terhadap hasil jump shoot ditentukan oleh nilai koefisien regresi (β). Komposisi massa tubuh berkontribusi negatif sebesar 1,3% terhadap hasil jump shoot (β=-0,013), kekuatan otot perut 0,7% (β=-0,007), dan power otot tungkai berkontribusi positif sebesar 42,9% (β=0,429). Secara parsial komposisi massa tubuh (t=-0,229) dan kekuatan otot perut (t=-0,065) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil jump shoot (thitungttabel 2,36. Simpulan: Penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan dan kontribusi yang signifikan secara simultan seluruh prediktor terhadap varibel terikat (R=0,890; nilai Fhitung= 8,81> Ftabel=4,35). Saran: Bagi pelatih untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan teknik atlet dalam melakukan jump shoot terutama keseimbangan lompatan This study was conducted to determine the relationship of body mass composition, abdominal muscle strength and leg muscle power on a jump shoot results. Methods: Total sampling methods was choose in this study, consisted of 11 basketball athletes of Central Java’s PPLPD. Data collection was performed by cross sectional test and measurement techniques. Statistical test with multiple regression analysis, the relationship is determined if a correlation coefficient (R) indicates 0 Ftable, while the relationship of each predictor on the dependent variable is determined by the tvalue> ttable. Results: Simultaneous contribution of each predictor on the jump shoot result is determined by the value of the regression coefficient (β). The composition of body mass had 1.3% contributed negatively to jump shoot results (β = -0.013),abdominal muscle strength had 0.7% contributed negatively to jump shoot results (β = -0.007), and leg muscle power indicates positively contribute to jump shoot results by 42.9% (β = 0.429 ). Partially composition of body mass (t = -0.229) and abdominal muscle strength (t = -0.065) does not have a significant relationship into jump shoot results (tvalue 2.36 ttable. Conclusion: The results showed the existence of a relationship and a significant contribution simultaneously throughout predictor into dependent variable (R = 0.890; Fvalue = 8.81> Ftable = 4.35). Suggestion: Suggested for coaches to be able to enhance the athlete's ability to perform the jump shoot technique correctly, especially the jump-balance on jump shoot..
