PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN SMASH KEDENG DENGAN PENAMBAHAN LATIHAN DEPTH JUMP DAN KNEE TUCK JUMP

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan latihan smash kedeng dengan penambahan latihan depth jump dan knee tuck jump terhadap ketepatan smash kedeng pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMA 2 BAE Kudus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMA 2 BAE Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Matched Subjects Desaigns dengan menggunakan metode pre-test post-test design. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis data statistik T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan latihan pliometrik Depth jump dan Knee tuck jump berpengaruh meningkatkan ketepatan smash kedeng. Hasil latihan Deph jump tes awal mendapatkan mean (8,85) dan tes akhir (14,85). Hasil latihan Knee tuck jump tes awal mendapatkan mean (8,14) dan tes akhir (13,42). Simpulan latihan pliometrik Depth jump dapat lebih baik meningkatkan ketepatan smash kedeng dari pada latihan dengan penambahan Knee tuck jump di ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMA 2 BAE Kudus.The purpose of this study is to determine the significant differences of  kedeng smash exercise by adding exercises of depth jump and knee tuck jump to the accuracy of the smash kedeng in sepak takraw extracurricular students of SMA 2 BAE. The samples of this study were 14 participants of sepak takraw extracurricular students in SMA 2 BAE. This research is Matched Subjects Design research using the pre-test post-test design . The data was analyzed by using T -test . The results shows that by adding exercises of plyometrics Depth jump and Knee the accuracy of smash kedeng is improved. The mean results of the Depth jump exercise in the beginning test is 8.85 and in the final test is 14.85. The mean result of Knee tuck jump exercise in the beginning test is 8.14 and in the final test is 13.42. It can be inferred that plyometrics Depth jump exercise can improve the accuracy of smash kedeng better than Knee tuck jump to sepak takraw extracurricular students of SMA 2 BAE.
