PERAN SATUAN PENGAWASAN INTERN DALAM PENCAPAIAN GOOD UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI BERSTATUS PK-BLU

Abstrak Perubahan status dari satker non PK BLU menjadi satker PK BLU diharapkan mampu mendorong tiap perguruan tinggi untuk memiliki pengelolaan yang lebih baik. Akan tetapi Kemendikbud sebagai kementerian yang menaungi PTN mendapatkan opini audit disclaimer dari BPK pada tahun 2010. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran Satuan Pengawasan Intern dalam pencapaian Good University Governance. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu 31 perguruan tinggi se Jawa yang berstatus PK BLU. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengaruhnya terhadap pencapaian GUG, peran Satuan Pengawasan Intern memiliki t-statistics 17,078 yang signifikan pada p=5% dan nilai R-Square 90,0%. Kesimpulannya adalah peran Satuan Pengawasan Intern berpengaruh positif dalam pencapaian Good University Governance. Abstract The changes of university status from non Financial Management Pattern of Public Service Institution into Financial Management Pattern of Public Service Institution is expected to encourage the university  to have batter management. However Ministry of Educational and Cultural become  a ministry which got a disclaimer audit opinion from Financial Audit Board in 2010. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the role of Internal Audit Unit in achieving Good University Governance (GUG) in higher education in Java. Population of this research is 31 universities in Java with the Status of Financial Management Pattern of Public Service Institution. Convinience sampling is Sampling Tehnique that was used. The methods of data analysis were descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the percentage for achieving Good University Governance was 92,26%. The t-statistics for the role of Internal Audit Unit was 17,078, with the significancy was p=5% and the value of R-square was 90,0%. The conclusion of this research is the role of Internal Audit Unit gives positive effect to achieve Good University Governance (GUG).
