PENGARUH HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK LAS TERHADAP PRESTASI PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh hasil belajar teknik las terhadap prestasi praktek kerja lapangan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Tunas Harapan Pati Tahun 2008/2009. Penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi total dijadikan sampel penelitian. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 siswa. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ber-ganda karena penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh hasil belajar teknik las terdiri dari dua mata diklat yaitu mata diklat pengetahuan dasar teknik las dan kompetensi kejuruan teknik las terhadap prestasi praktek kerja lapangan siswa. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara hasil belajar teknik las terhadap prestasi praktek kerja lapangan. Besarnya pengaruh hasil belajar teknik las di sekolah terhadap prestasi praktek kerja lapangan mengindikasikan bahwa pen-guasan teori teknik las berperan besar dalam  prestasi praktek kerja lapangan siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diharapkan sekolah memberikan jam pelajaran yang lebih banyak kepada siswa mengenai mata diklat teknik las di sekolah. This study aims to determine the magnitude of  the influence of  welding techni-ques to study the performance of  fieldwork practice vocational school class XI Tunas Hope Pati Year 2008/2009. This study is the total sampling including research, where the total population sampled throughout the study. The number of  samples in this study were 38 students. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis because this study examines the influence of  learning outcomes welding technique consists of  two eyes is eye training training basic knowledge of  welding techniques and welding techniques of  competence vocational field practice students’ achieve-ment. results showed that there was a significant influence of  the welding techniques learned on the field performance work practices. The magnitude of  the influence of  the welding techniques learned in school to field practice achievement indicated that mastery theory of  welding techniques play a major role in student achievement fieldwork practice. Based on this school is expected to provide more hours of  lessons to students on training the eyes of  welding techniques in school.
