<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan pemekaran kecamatan di kecamatan poso kota selatan Kabupaten poso dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam Implementasi Kebijakan emekaran kecamatan di kecamatan poso kota selatan Kabupaten poso Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yakni menganalisis tentang Implementasi Kebijakan emekaran kecamatan di kecamatan poso kota selatan Kabupaten dan teknik wawancara untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan emekaran kecamatan di kecamatan poso kota selatan Kabupaten poso Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan pemekaran kecamatan Poso Kota Selatan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, kenyataan ini dapat dilihat dari pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh aparat pemerintah sudah mengarah pada pelayanan publik seperti yang menjadi tujuan utama pemekaran suatu daerah yakni untuk mendekatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan good governance di kecamatan Poso Kota Selatan dapat dilihat responsif, efisiensi dan akuntabilitas sudah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan aparat kecamatan dalam menanggapi dan merespon pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan, produktifitas kerja aparat, kualitas layanan bagi kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat. Pemekaran kecamatan Poso Kota Selatan di Kabupaten Poso dilaksanakan menggunkan prinsip-prinsip teori yang di kemukakan Edward III yakni Komunikasi, Sumber daya, Disposisi dan Struktur Birokrasi. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan pelayanan di Kecamatan Poso Kota Selatan yaitu Dalam hal pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan biaya, perlu adanya standar biaya yang digunakan dalam pengurusan adminstrasi sehingga masyarakat memiliki persiapan yang sesuai kebutuhan.The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the sub-district expansion policy in the poso sub-district, southern city of poso district and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the sub-district expansion policy in the poso sub-district, southern city of poso district.
