<![CDATA[Abstract: One important problem faced by women workers in agriculture is as much as 60% of them do not get paid. In addition, if paid, 40% of the women with the status as a laborer, received a lower income than men who become farm laborers. This study examines the problems faced by women in one of the main areas of development of agriculture, especially regarding the quality, role and position them.
