ABSTRACT: THE RELATIONSHIP OF LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS (SLE) SYSTEMIC DISEASE ACTIVITIES BASED ON MEX SLEDAI SCORES AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN ODAPUS COMMUNITIES BANDAR LAMPUNG Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune rheumatic disease characterized by widespread inflammation that affects every organ or system in the body. The clinical manifestations of LES vary depending on the organs involved, which can involve many organs in the human body with a complex and varied clinical course.Research objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between disease activity systemic lupus erythematosus (sle)based on the MEX SLEDAI score with the quality of life in the Odapus community, Bandar Lampung City in 2020.Research method: The type of research used in this study was analytic with design total sampling. The sample used in this study were all Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients in the Odapus community, Bandar Lampung City in 2020 who met the inclusion criteria as many as 40 people. Data analysis used correlation test Spearman's.Results: The results of the study were found in SLE patients based on the MEX SLEDAI score, namely 17 people (42.5%) of moderate activity and 23 people (57.2%) of poor quality of life also obtained p-value = 0.002 and correlation = -0.474 .Conclusion: There is a relationship between disease activity systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)based on the MEX SLEDAI score with the quality of life in the Odapus community, Bandar Lampung city in 2020. Keywords: SLE disease activity, MEX SLEDAI score, Quality of life   INTISARI: HUBUNGAN AKTIVITAS PENYAKIT SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS (SLE) BERDASARKAN SKOR MEX SLEDAI DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP DI KOMUNITAS ODAPUS KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG   Latar Belakang: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) adalah penyakit reumatik autoimun yang ditandai adanya inflamasi tersebar luas, yang mempengaruhi setiap organ atau sistem dalam tubuh. Manifestasi klinik dari LES beragam tergantung organ yang terlibat, dimana dapat melibatkan banyak organ dalam tubuh manusia dengan perjalanan klinis yang komplek dan bervariasi.Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas penyakit systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) berdasarkan skor MEX SLEDAI dengan kualitas hidup di komunitas Odapus Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020.Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain Total Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) di komunitas Odapus Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 40 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s.Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan hasil penelitian pada pasien SLE berdasarkan skor MEX SLEDAI yaitu pada aktivitas sedang sebanyak 17 orang (42.5%) dan kualitas hidup yang buruk sebanyak 23 orang (57.2%), juga didapatkan nilai p-value =0.002 dan korelasi =-0.474.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan aktivitas penyakit systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) berdasarkan skor MEX SLEDAI dengan kualitas hidup di komunitas odapus kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020. Kata kunci: Aktivitas penyakit SLE, Skor MEX SLEDAI, Kualitas hidup
