<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work supervision simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of employees at PT. X Kampar Regency. This study uses a saturated sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that simultaneously the K3 variable and work supervision had a significant effect on the work productivity variable of the employees of PT. X Kampar Regency. Partially, K3 has no significant effect on company productivity. Based on the 55.1% determination coefficient test, it shows that the employee productivity variable is influenced by K3 and work supervision, while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. This study recommends implementing a new model of occupational safety and health during the covid era.]]>
