This study aims to examine the Effect of Job Design and Organizational Culture on employee performance, work motivation as a mediating variable on Serambi Indonesia Daily Employees. The sampling method in this study used Probability Sampling with a sample of 102 respondents. Linear Hierarchical Regression (HRL) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Job Design, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the Work Motivation variable fully mediates between Job Design and Employee Performance. Then the Work Motivation variable partially mediates between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.
