Cirebon Prujakan Station is one of the cultural heritage buildings in Cirebon City. This station was built NV. SCS to facilitate the Semarang – Cirebon train journey. This station has an important value in the economy of Cirebon and its surroundings, because it is part of the sugar trade traffic in Cirebon. The problem raised in this paper relates to the placement of the Cirebon Prujakan station as part of the Dutch colonial government's strategic policy in the field of rail transportation, especially in Cirebon. The method used in writing is descriptive analysis with a spatial approach. Data was collected through field surveys and literature review. Cirebon Prujakan Station was built by NV. SCS to facilitate the Semarang – Cirebon train journey. This station has a branch to the Port of Cirebon to facilitate the transportation of commodities to be sent by ship. Geographically, Cirebon Prujakan Station is in a strategic location because it is close to the center of government and is located at the rail transportation node that connects the northern route of Java Island.     Stasiun Cirebon Prujakan merupakan salah satu bangunan cagar budaya di Kota Cirebon. Stasiun ini dibangun NV. SCS untuk memfasilitasi perjalanan kereta api Semarang – Cirebon. Stasiun ini memiliki nilai penting dalam perekonomian Cirebon dan sekitarnya, karena menjadi bagian dari lalu lintas perdagangan Gula di Cirebon. Permasalahan yang diangkat pada tulisan ini berkenaan dengan penempatan stasiun Cirebon Prujakan sebagai bagian dari kebijakan stretegis pemerintah Kolonial Belanda di bidang angkutan kereta api, khususnya di Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan pada tulisan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan keruangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey lapangan dan kajian pustaka. Stasiun Cirebon Prujakan dibangun oleh NV. SCS untuk memfasilitasi perjalanan kereta api Semarang – Cirebon. Stasiun ini memiliki percabangan ke Pelabuhan Cirebon untuk memfasilitasi pengangkutan komoditas yang akan dikirim melalui kapal laut. Secara geografis, Stasiun Cirebon Prujakan berada di lokasi strategis karena dekat dengan pusat pemerintahan dan berlokasi pada simpul transportasi kereta api yang menghubungkan jalur utara Pulau Jawa.
