<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to learn the input/input, production process, output / output in the palm oil mill of PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation, Lemembu Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. To find out what are the obstacles in the field of production in the palm oil mill of PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation, Lemembu Subdistrict, OKI Regency. The method used in this research is case study. The results showed that production management at the PT. Reed Cawang Plantation starts from input which includes sources of raw materials, receipts, namely security posts, balance bridge registration posts, sorting. The production process includes loading ramp (filling fruit on the lorries) sterilizer (boiling), therser (shelling), digester (pulverizing and pressing), classification (separating and extracting oil) kernel (processing nuts and kernels) and Output / output, namely CPO ( Crude Palm Oil). Constraints on the input / input of raw materials that often occur are in the weighing process because the weighing machine often makes errors and the mistakes of the workers in doing administrative work of receiving FFB and sending palm oil products. material quality does not meet the criteria, security disturbances and heavy rain or security disturbances. The constraint in the production process that is often encountered at the boiling station is the distribution of steam that is not optimal, thus hampering the boiling cycle time.This problem arises because of the human factor (Man), negligence in checking the temperature of the storage tank and ignoring the existing SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). Â ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari Input/masukan, Proses Produksi, Output/keluaran yang ada pada pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja di bidang produksi yang ada di pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten OKI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode case study (studi kasus). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen produksi di pabrik PT. Buluh Cawang Plantation dimulai dari input atau masukan yang meliputi sumber bahan baku, penerimaan yaitu pos scurity, pos regestrasi jembatan timbangan, sortasi produksi meliputi loading ramp sterilize, therser, digester, klasifikasi dan dengan output atau keluaran yaitu CPO (Crude Palm Oil). Kendala pada proses input bahan baku yang sering terjadi yaitu pada proses penimbangan, kekeliruan para pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan administrasi penerimaan TBS dan pengiriman hasil produk kelapa sawit, kualitas bahan tidak sesuai kriteria, dan gangguan keamanan. Kendala pada proses produksi yang sering dihadapi pada stasiun perebusan adalah distribusi steam yang tidak maksimal sehingga menghambat cycle time perebusan. boiler Kekurangan bahan bakar, pipa boiler pecah. Kendala pada output/keluaran juga akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kualitas CPO. Adapun kendala ini muncul karena faktor manusia (Man) , kelalaian pengecekan suhu tangki storage dan mengabaikan SOP (Standart Operational Procedure).]]>
