<![CDATA[This research was conducted because of the low level of development of teaching materials in the world of education. One of the developments of teaching materials that can be developed is a module. Along with the development of technology, the module has developed into an electronic module (e-module), in the development of this e-module using the Ispring application, the e-module is more interactive and interesting because the e-module can include material, images, video, and audio. , so that the e-module is more interesting. For the use of this e-module to be more practical, it is changed to be based on Android, where students can use the e-module according to their needs of students wherever and whenever. This study aims to obtain initial data in the development of an interactive e-module using an android-based Ispring application on the human digestive system and respiratory system material for high school students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing a need questionnaire in the form of a google form to teachers and students. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively with the results of 100% teacher responses and 81% of student responses agreeing with the development of these teaching materials. From the results obtained from the needs analysis test, it is necessary to have a teaching material to support educators and assist students in understanding biology lessons, especially on the material for the digestive system and the human respiratory system, namely by developing an interactive e-module using an Android-based Ispring application]]>
