<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perlindungan Hukum Lesse Terhadap Perjanjian Baku Yang Dibuat Pihak Lessor (PT. ORIX Indonesia). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum yang menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawa Klausula yang terdapat dalam Pasal 10 Perjanjaan Pembiayaan Sewa Guna Usaha (Leasing) oleh PT. ORIX Indonesia dengan lessee yang menentukan pengalihan piutang dari cident (lessor lama) kepada cessionaris (lessor baru) tanpa memberitahukanya kepada cessus (lessee) adalah bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 613 KUHPerdata khususnya Ayat (2) dan Ayat (3) yang mengharuskan adanya pemberitahuan atau persetujuan adanya cessie kepada cessus (lessee). AbstractThis study aims to determine the legal protection of the lesse against the standard agreement made by the lessor party (PT. ORIX Indonesia). The research method used is legal research using a statutory approach. The results showed that the clause contained in Article 10 of the Leasing Financing Agreement by PT. ORIX Indonesia and the lessee determine that the transfer of receivables from the cident (old lessor) to the cessionary (new lessor) without notifying the cessus (lessee) is contrary to the provisions of Article 613 of the Civil Code, especially Paragraphs (2) and (3) which require notification or approval. the existence of cessie to cessus (lessee).]]>
