ABSTRAK Stroke merupakan gangguan perdarahan otak atau gangguan pada sistem serebrovaskular. Stroke dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan fungsi tubuh seperti kelumpuhan anggota gerak, gangguan berbicara dan kecacatan. Gangguan ini akan berdampak pada proses pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar pasien stroke, sehinggga pasien stroke memerlukan orang lain dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya.Salah satu bentuk dukungan yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien stroke adalah dukungan sosial. penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review sederhana dengan melakukan penelusuran artikel ilmiah menggunakan Semantic scholar dan google scholar dengan tujuan untuk melihat dukungan sosial pada pasien stroke. Dua dari enam artikel yang membahas dukungan sosial pada saat stroke, empat dari enam artikel membahas tentang dukungan emosional pada pasien stroke, dua dari enam artikel membahas tentang dukungan informasional pada pasien stroke, dan dua dari enam artikel membahas tentang dukungan penilaian pada pasien stroke. Dukungan sosial sangat dibutuhkan oleh pasien stroke untuk dapat menumbuhkan kembali semangat dan memotivasi pasien stroke untuk sembuh dan kembali menjalani kehidupannya. Semakin besar dukungan sosial yang didapatkan oleh pasien stroke, semakin besar pula keinginan pasien untuk sembuh dan memlihara kesehatannya dari penyakit yang diderita. Kata Kunci: Dukungan sosial, Stroke. ABSTRACT Stroke is a bleeding disorder of the brain or disorders of the cerebrovascular system. Stroke can cause various disorders of body functions such as paralysis of the limbs, speech disorders and disability. This disorder will have an impact on the process of fulfilling the basic needs of stroke patients, so that stroke patients need other people to meet their needs. One form of support that can be given to stroke patients is social support. This study uses a simple literature review design by searching scientific articles using Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar with the aim of seeing social support for stroke patients. Two of the six articles discussed social support at the time of stroke, four of the six articles discussed emotional support for stroke patients, two of the six articles discussed informational support for stroke patients, and two of six articles discussed assessment support for stroke patients. Social support is needed by stroke patients to be able to regenerate enthusiasm and motivate stroke patients to recover and return to life. The greater the social support received by stroke patients, the greater the patient's desire to recover and maintain their health from the disease they are suffering from.
