determine the effect of information technology and extrinsic motivation on employee performance which is moderated by organizational culture at Ungaran Printing Apparel Company. The population in this study were all employees of Ungaran Printing Apparel Company as many as 600 people. While the sample used is 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study was moderated linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis 1 (H1) state that information technology has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 (H2) states that extrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 3 (H3) states that organizational culture does not moderate the influence of information technology on employee performance. Hypothesis 4 (H4) states that organizational culture moderates the effect of extrinsic motivation on employee performance. Ungaran Printing Apparel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ungaran Printing Apparel sebanyak 600 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linier moderasi. Hasil dari hipotesis 1 (H1) menyatakan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis 2 (H2) menyatakan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis 3 (H3) menyatakan budaya organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis 4 (H4) menyatakan budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan.
