<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out whether spatial planning influences employee work efficiency. To obtain the necessary data the author conducted research at the Office of The Unity of Nations and Politics of East Kutai Regency. From the results of research, it can be proven that there is an influence of spatial variables and employee work efficiency variables. This is evident from the results of data analysis conducted using the moment product cholera statistics showed cholera of r = 0.99 which means there is a positive relationship. To further improve the work efficiency of employees, in addition to office spatial factors, other factors need attention, so that the work efficiency of employees who have increased can be improved again. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tata ruang berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan penulis mengadakan penelitian di Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel tata ruang dan variabel efisiensi kerja pegawai. Hal tersebut terbukti dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik korelasi produk moment menunjukkan korelasi sebesar r = 0.99 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif. Untuk lebih meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pegawai, di samping faktor tata ruang kantor maka faktor-faktor lain perlu mendapat perhatian, sehingga efisiensi kerja pegawai yang telah meningkat dapat ditingkatkan lagi.]]>
