<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of supervision on the performance of workers of the culvert development project in West Kutai regency. This study is an external type using quantitative data. Research conducted by the author is a verificative or causality study, which is research that looks for the relationship between cause variables and effect variables. The relationship in question is the relationship between Supervision (Independent variable) and Worker Performance (Dependent variable). The sample was taken as many as 35 respondents by purposive means. The analysis tool uses Spearman Rank Correlation. The results of the study obtained rs = 0.113655 with rs table, n = 35 and α = 5% obtained 0.335. Thus, the hospital < the table hospital; Ho accepted, meaning Supervision associated with Worker Performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Proyek Pembangunan Gorong-Gorong Di Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini berjenis ekporatif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis merupakan penelitian verifikatif atau yang bersifat kausalitas, yakni penelitian yang mencari hubungan antara variabel sebab dengan variabel akibat. Hubungan yang dimaksud adalah hubungan antara Pengawasan (Independent variable) dengan Kinerja Pekerja (Dependent variable). Sampel diambil sebanyak 35 responden dengan cara purposif. Alat analisis menggunakan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rs = 0,113655 sdengankan rs tabel, n = 35 dan α = 5% diperoleh 0,335. Dengan demikian rs < rs tabel; Ho diterima, artinya Pengawasan berasosiasi dengan Kinerja Pekerja.]]>
