Peranan Kinerja Terhadap Pelaksanaan Tugas Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Timur

The purpose of this research there is a general purpose and a special purpose, for the general purpose is to explain the performance of the role of the Pamong Praja Unit of East Kutai Regency to the factors that affect it, while the special purpose is to analyze the influence of educational factors, training, motivation, work experience, loyal attitudes, and work culture to the performance of the East Kutai Regency Pamong Police Unit. The results showed that the performance of the Pamong Praja Police Unit was very significant to the implementation of the task, in the sense that the performance factor of the Pamong Praja Police Unit from month to month even from year-to-year experienced increasing changes. While the results of the t-test showed that all free variables namely education, training, motivation, work experience, loyal attitudes and work culture partially had a significant effect on the performance of the Pamong Praja Police Unit of East Kutai Regency. The partial motivation variable is the most dominant variable of its effect on the performance of the Pamong Praja Police Unit; thus, the second hypothesis is accepted.Tujuan penelitian ini  ada tujuan Umum dan tujuan khusus, untuk tujuan umum adalah untuk menjelaskan kinerja peranan Satuan Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Timur terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, sedangkan tujuan khusus adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pendidikan, pelatihan, motivasi, pengalaman kerja, sikap loyal dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja sangat signifikan terhadap dalam pelaksanaan tugas, dalam arti bahwa faktor kinerja  Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Sedangkan hasil Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas yaitu pendidikan, pelatihan, motivasi, pengalaman kerja, sikap loyal dan budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Timur.. Variabel motivasi secara parsial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, dengan demikian hipotesis kedua diterima.
