<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pemberian wasiat yang merugikan ahli waris menurut hukum Islam dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi ahli waris yang dirugikan akibat pemberian wasiat yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pemberian wasiat kepada ahli waris atau anak angkat harus mengacu pada Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dan jika terjadi pemberian wasiat yang tidak sesuai, akibat hukumnya adalah pembatalan wasiat. Perlindungan hukum yang diberikan akibat pemberian wasiat yang merugikan ahli waris adalah perlindungan yang bersifat preventif dan represif yang bertujuan untuk melindungi kepentingan ahli waris yang lain agar tetap memperoleh harta warisan. The research objective is to analyze the provision of wills that are detrimental to the heirs according to Islamic law and to analyze legal protection for the heirs who are harmed by the provision of wills that are not in accordance with Islamic law. This research uses normative juridical legal research methods. The results of this study indicate that: The provision of a will to an heir or adopted child must refer to the Islamic Law Compilation, and if an unsuitable will occurs, the legal consequence is the cancellation of the will. Legal protection provided due to the provision of a will that is detrimental to the heirs is protection that is preventive and repressive in nature which aims to protect the interests of other heirs in order to continue to acquire inherited assets.]]>
