<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Perwakafan tanah di Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian bahwa perwakafan tanah di Kecamatan Tallo belum terlaksana dengan baik dengan ketentuan yang ada dalam Undang-Undang Wakaf tersebut, dilihat dari segi tata cara perwakafan tanah yang dilakukan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar. Masih ditemukan kendala-kendala. Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf terhadap proses wakaf tanah di Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar belum berjalan efektif. walaupun belum dikatakan efektif, di karenakan masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat baik wakif maupun nazhir akan undang-undang tersebut, rendahnya pengetahuan Nazhir dalam berdayaan wakaf, dan banyaknya tanah atau bangunan yang diwakafkan tidak memiliki sertifikat tanah atau bangunan. Adapun beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi, yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia, kedudukan wakif dan tanggung jawab nazhir, kewenangan pejabat PPAIW serta pengawasan Badan Wakaf Indonesia. The research objective is to analyze the wavelength of land in Tallo District, Makassar City and the factors that influence it. This research includes field research. The results showed that land donation in Tallo District has not been implemented properly with the provisions contained in the Waqf Law, seen from the aspect of land waqf procedures carried out at the Office of Religious Affairs, Tallo District, Makassar City. There are still obstacles. The implementation of Law Number 41 Year 2004 regarding Waqf for the land waqf process in Tallo District, Makassar City has not been effective. although it has not been said to be effective, because there is still a lack of understanding of the community, both wakif and Nazhir, of the law, Nazhir's low knowledge of waqf power, and the large number of waqf lands or buildings that do not have land or building certificates.
