<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis peranan TNI terhadap penanggulangan Covid-19 dalam perspektif hukum ketatanegaraan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis urgensi pelibatan TNI dalam perspektif hukum ketatanegaraan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TNI selaku penegak hukum kedaulatan negara memiliki peranan dalam berbagai sektor yaitu bidang kesehatan, bidang keamanan, bidang sosial ekonomi, dan bidang distribusi logistik. Urgensi pelibatan TNI dalam penanggulangan Covid-19 pada dasarnya dimungkinkan melalui Operasi Militer Selain Perang (OMSP), pelibatan ini dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor risiko, yaitu tingkat penularan wabah penyakit itu, kemampuan institusi sipil untuk mengatasinya dan dampak pandemi terhadap stabilitas sosial-politik. The research objective is to analyze the role of the TNI in overcoming Covid-19 from the perspective of constitutional law. To find out and analyze the urgency of TNI involvement in a constitutional law perspective. This research method uses normative research type. The results of this study indicate that the TNI as the enforcer of the state sovereignty law has a role in various sectors, namely the health sector, the security sector, the socio-economic sector, and the logistics distribution sector. The urgency of involving the TNI in the response to Covid-19 is basically made possible through Military Operations Other than War (OMSP), this involvement is influenced by three risk factors, namely the level of transmission of the disease outbreak, the ability of civilian institutions to cope with it and the impact of the pandemic on socio-political stability.]]>
