<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban kekerasan seksual dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban kekerasan seksual di wilayah hukum Polrestabes Makassar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tesis ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban kejahatan kekerasan seksual di wilayah hukum Polrestabes Makassar yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan perlindungan hukum represif dan faktor yang menjadi kendala atapun menghambat perlindungan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban kejahatan seksual di wilayah hukum Polrestabes yaitu faktor penegak hukum dan faktor sarana. The research objective to analyze the forms of legal protection for children as victims of sexual violence and to find out the obstacles in providing legal protection to children as victims of sexual violence in the Makassar Polrestabes jurisdiction. The type of research used in this thesis research is empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that the form of legal protection for children as victims of sexual violence crimes in the Makassar Polrestabes jurisdiction are preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection and factors that become obstacles or hinder legal protection against children as victims of sexual crimes in the jurisdiction of Polrestabes, namely law enforcement factors and facilities factors.]]>
