<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the management of Wisata Edukasi Gondang Outbound. This type of research is a survey with a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects general manager, staff and visitors. Data collection techniques using obsevation, interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation. Data analysis uses (data reduction and data presentation) to draw conclusions. The results showed that 1) the planning process that was carried out was already underway in accordance with management function. 2) organizing is carried out by dividing the work of each employee according to their expertise. 3) actuating in the implementation of the outbound program is carried out in accordance with the direction procedures that exist in management. 4) management supervision is carried out on two things, namely supervision of employees and supervision of the implementation of outbound program activities. The conclusion of this research the management of the Tour has been going well. The suggestion of this research is that the Wisata Edukasi Gondang Outbound can make more attractive plans in the development of outbound rides so that visitors interested in participating in outbound programs]]>
