This type of research is a survey with a qualitative descriptive approach to research subjects of managers, employees and visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity testing technique of data using triangulation. Data analysis uses (data reduction, data presentation) to draw conclusions. Studies have shown that 1) the planning have done according to management functions. 2) organization is implemented by dividing the work to each employee according to his or her expertise. 3) the direction given in field perfomance is carried out according to directives given by the manager. 4) management control involves two areas of employees and supervision of visitors. The conclusion that the management of tiara park waterboom swimming pools has been well run.
