EFEKTIVITAS HBSAG – RAPID SCREENING TEST UNTUK DETEKSI DINI HEPATITIS B

ABSTRAKHepatitis B merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Hepatitis B yang salah satu penularannya dapat melalui darah. Deteksi virus Hepatitis B dalam tubuh pasien dapat dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan HBsAg secara imunologis dengan menggunakan metode yang efektif dan efisien yaitu HBsAg – Rapid screening test metode imunochromatografi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji efektivitas pemeriksaan HBsAg rapid screening test untuk deteksi dini terhadap Hepatitis B. Hasil penelitian terhadap 20 sampel serum menunjukkan semua hasil negative atau tidak mengandung HBsAg. HBsAg rapid screening test berprinsip imunokromatografi dan merupakan perangkat diagnostik yang mudah, ekonomis dan sensitivitas tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai screening test untuk deteksi dini Hepatitis B.Kata kunci: HbsAg, hepatitis B, rapid screening testABSTRACTHepatitis B is a disease caused by the hepatitis B virus is one of transmission can be through darah.Virus hepatitis B in a patient’s body can be examined immunologically using a method that is effective and efficient with HBsAg - Rapid screening test of imunochromatografi methods. The results of the 20 serum samples showed all negative results or not containing HBsAg. HBsAg Rapid - screening test is effective for the early detection of Hepatitis B.
