In the survey that has been conducted, there are less than 3 books of less than 3 books out of 110 respondents aged 15-25 years. 74% of respondents get books from bookstores and libraries. A total of 30% are those who do not have money to buy books and 22% are incomplete collections of regional libraries. To help people who do not have the money to buy books or those books are not in the regional library, a platform is needed to bridge these problems, namely renting and renting books. From this solution, it is expected that the public's interest in reading will increase in percentage. The purpose of this research is expected to improve public literacy in Indonesia, especially students. The results of this research are that it can provide a platform for borrowing and borrowing books without spending money, renting books at low prices, and mutually beneficial book exchanges for both parties. The conclusion of this research is that users can get books from the features provided, such as rent, borrow, buy and exchange books.
