Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh interpersonal skill dan intrapersonal skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa UNISBANK Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNISBANK Semarang dari semester 4 sampai dengan semester 8. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interpersonal skill berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa UNISBANK. Intrapersonal skill berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa UNISBANK. Rata-rata kesiapan kerja mahasiswa UNISBANK Semarang termasuk kategori tinggi. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi teoritis dan praktis. Kata Kunci: interpersonal skill, intrapersonal skill, kesiapan kerja Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of interpersonal skill and intrapersonal skill on job readiness of UNISBANK Semarang students. The population in this study were students of UNISBANK Semarang from semester 4 to semester 8. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample size in this study was 110 students. The results showed that interpersonal skill had a significant effect on the job readiness of UNISBANK students. Intrapersonal skill had a significant effect on the job readiness of UNISBANK students. The average job readiness of UNISBANK Semarang students is in the hight category. This research has theoretical and practical implications.
