In the activities carried out on the management side, they still use conventional methods, where the company only records sales transaction data into the sales database, so the company is still difficult to analyze sales data. With the data mining technique in the prediction system, it has the potential to be used as a decision on the management side of the company in order to determine the number of cellphones available in the company, the purpose of this study is to predict cellphone sales with data mining techniques and to determine the level of accuracy of the c4.5 method in predicting mobile phone sales using the C4.5 method, the level of accuracy in making predictions is 79.72%
