HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KADER POSYANDU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PANYILI KECAMATAN PALAKKA KABUPATEN BONE

Posyandu is a communication forum for technology experts in public health and family planning services carried out by the community, from the community and for the community with service support and technical guidance from health workers. The high level of health problems that occur in a community cannot be separated from the role played by cadres in a posyandu. Many factors affect the performance of posyandu cadres and what is examined in this study is motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres in the Panyili Public Health Center, Palakka District, Bone Regency. The design used in this research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used the total sampling method with a total sample of 63 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. Bivariate analysis obtained by Asymp sing (2-sided) on the motivation variable of posyandu cadres, the value of ρ=0.005>α=0.05, and the posyandu cadre performance variable obtained the value of ρ= 0.005>α=0.05 So it can be stated that there is a relationship between Motivation and Performance of Posyandu Cadres in the Panyili Health Center Work Area, Palakka District, Bone Regency in 2020. The suggestion for the Panyili Health Center, Palakka District, Bonea Regency, is to improve training and provide different awards, especially for active cadres, so that the performance of Posyandu cadres in the Panyili Health Center Work Area is even better. Abstrak Posyandu adalah suatu wadah komunikasi ahli teknologi dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dan keluarga berencana yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat, dari masyarakat dan untuk masyarakat dengan dukungan pelayanan serta pembinaan teknis dari petugas kesehatan. Masih tingginya masalah kesehatan yang terjadi didalam sebuah komunitas masyarakat tidak terlepas dari peranan yang dilakukan kader disebuah posyandu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja kader posyandu dan yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja kader posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panyili Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 orang. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Analisis bivariat diperoleh Asymp sing(2-sided) pada variabel motivasi kader posyandu diperoleh nilaiρ=0,005>α=0,05, dan variabel kinerja kader posyandu diperoleh nilaiρ=0,005>α=0,05 Sehingga dapat dinyatakanada hubungan antara Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Panyili Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone Tahun 2020. Adapun saran untuk pihak Puskesmas Panyili Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Boneagar meningkatkan pelatihan dan memberikan penghargaan yang berbeda khususnya bagi kader yang aktif agar kinerja kader posyandu yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Panyili lebih baik lagi.
