<![CDATA[Elderly is an age group that is very vulnerable to depression. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the level of depression in the elderly. The study was conducted using a literature review, by collecting 10 articles from databases, namely Google Scholar and ScienceDirect with the keywords: family support, depression and the elderly, which were published in the last 5 years, namely 2016-2021. The results of the review show that most of the studies report the influence of roles and family support on the level of depression in the elderly. There is a significant difference in outcomes for the elderly who receive family support and those who do not. It was concluded that the better the family support, the lower the incidence of depression in the elderly and vice versa.Keywords: depression; family support; elderly ABSTRAK Lansia merupakan kelompok usia yang sangat rentan mengalami depresi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat depresi pada lansia. Studi dilakukan menggunakan telaah literatur, dengan mengumpulkan 10 artikel dari database yaitu Google Scholar dan ScienceDirect dengan kata kunci: dukungan keluarga, depresi dan lansia, yang terbit pada 5 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2016-2021. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian melaporkan adanya pengaruh peran dan dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat depresi pada lansia. Ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan pada lansia yang mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dan yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah kejadian depresi pada lansia dan sebaliknya.Kata kunci: depresi; dukungan keluarga; lansia]]>
