This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social support with career maturity in studentswho participate in activities volunteering in the Young Investors Community. The population in this study amountedto 150 students. The Technique sampling used in this study is convenience sampling with a total sample of 108students. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the career maturity scale, self-concept, and socialsupport. The results of the first bivariate correlation analysis between self-concept and career maturity obtained acorrelation coefficient (r) of 0.529 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha1 which reads "There is a relationship between selfconceptand career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" isaccepted. The results of the second bivariate correlation between social support and career maturity obtained acorrelation (r) of 0.467 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha2 which reads "There is a relationship between social supportand career maturity for students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" is accepted.The results of data analysis multivariate correlation between self-concept and social support with career maturityobtained (R) of 0.564 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha3 which reads "There is a relationship between self-concept andsocial support with career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young InvestorsCommunity" is accepted.
